1. מבוא והסכמה

ברוכים הבאים ל-VoiceAI! תנאי שימוש אלה ("התנאים") מהווים הסכם משפטי מחייב בינכם ("המשתמש", "אתם", "שלכם") לבין רוייל אינטיליג'נס בע"מ ("החברה", "אנחנו", "שלנו").

בשימוש בשירותינו דרך האתר royale-intelligence.com או בכל דרך אחרת, אתם מסכימים לתנאים אלה במלואם.

2. הגדרות

• השירות: פלטפורמת VoiceAI למענה אוטומטי טלפוני בעזרת בינה מלאכותית
• האתר: royale-intelligence.com וכל תת-דומיינים שלו
• חשבון: החשבון האישי שלכם בשירות
• תוכן: כל המידע, טקסט, הקלטות קול, הודעות שאתם מעלים, יוצרים או מקבלים
• AI Voice: המערכת הקולית המבוססת בינה מלאכותית
• צד שלישי: חברות כמו OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe ואחרות

3. זכאות לשימוש

3.1 דרישות גיל ומיקום:

• חובה להיות בני 18 לפחות
• חובה להיות תושבי ישראל או מדינה אחרת בה השירות מותר
• אסור שימוש במדינות שבהן השירות אסור או בלתי חוקי
• אסור שימוש לפעילות בלתי חוקית או מזיקה

3.2 אחריות המשתמש:

• מתן מידע נכון ומעודכן בהרשמה
• שמירה על סודיות פרטי הגישה לחשבון
• אחריות מלאה לכל פעילות שמתבצעת בחשבונכם
• התחייבות שלא לחלוק פרטי גישה עם אחרים

4. השירותים שלנו

4.1 שירותים עיקריים:

• מענה אוטומטי לשיחות טלפון בעזרת בינה מלאכותית מתקדמת
• הקלטה מלאה של שיחות (בכפוף לחוקי הקלטה)
• תמלול אוטומטי של השיחות לטקסט
• יצירת סיכומי שיחות מפורטים ומבוססי AI
• שליחת דוחות ל-WhatsApp בזמן אמת
• ממשק ניהול דרך האתר royale-intelligence.com
• אינטגרציה עם מערכות חיצוניות (בהתאם למנוי)

4.2 רמות שירות:

השירות מוצע במספר חבילות:

• חבילה בסיסית - עד 100 שיחות לחודש
• חבילה מתקדמת - עד 500 שיחות לחודש
• חבילה עסקית - ללא הגבלת שיחות

5. איסורים ומגבלות שימוש

5.1 אסור להשתמש בשירות עבור:

• פעילות בלתי חוקית או הונאה
• הטרדות, איומים או הפחדה
• פגיעה בפרטיות של אחרים ללא הסכמתם
• איסוף מידע לא חוקי על צדדים שלישיים
• תוכן פוגעני, גזעני או מכיל שנאה
• תחזות לגורמים רשמיים (משטרה, ממשלה וכו')
• פעילות שיווקית לא חוקית או ספאם

5.2 מגבלות טכניות:

• מספר שיחות מרבי לפי המנוי שלכם
• אורך שיחה מקסימלי של 30 דקות לשיחה
• נפח אחסון מוגבל לפי המנוי
• מגבלות שימוש יומיות לפי התוכנית

6. הקלטת שיחות והסכמות

6.1 הקלטה:

• כל השיחות מוקלטות במלואן למטרות השירות
• אתם אחראים להודיע למתקשרים על ההקלטה בהתאם לחוק
• אתם מתחייבים לקבל הסכמה מהמתקשרים כנדרש בחוק הישראלי
• אנחנו נספק הודעת הקלטה אוטומטית, אך האחריות המשפטית שלכם

6.2 שימוש בהקלטות:

• ההקלטות משמשות לשיפור השירות ויצירת סיכומים
• ההקלטות נשמרות לתקופה של 12 חודשים
• אתם יכולים לבקש מחיקת הקלטות ספציפיות
• אנחנו לא נחלוק הקלטות עם צדדים שלישיים ללא צו משפטי

7. תשלומים ומנויים

7.1 מבנה התמחור:

• חיוב חודשי מראש דרך Stripe
• מחירים בש"ח: בסיסי ₪49, מתקדם ₪149, עסקי ₪399
• אפשרות לביטול בכל עת עם הודעה 7 ימים מראש
• ללא החזר כספי על תקופות ששולמו כבר

7.2 עיכובי תשלום:

• השירות יושבת לאחר 5 ימי עיכוב בתשלום
• החשבון יימחק לאחר 30 ימי עיכוב
• אתם אחראים לעדכון פרטי התשלום

8. זמינות השירות ותמיכה

8.1 זמינות:

• אנחנו חותרים לזמינות של 99.9% אך ללא התחייבות מוחלטת
• אנחנו לא אחראים לנזקים הנגרמים מהפסקות שירות
• הודעה על תחזוקות מתוכננות תינתן 24 שעות מראש

8.2 תמיכה:

• תמיכה טכנית זמינה א'-ה' 9:00-17:00
• תמיכה בעברית ובאנגלית
• זמני תגובה: עד 24 שעות בימי עסקים

9. הגבלת אחריות

9.1 אחריותנו מוגבלת:

אנחנו לא אחראים לנזקים הנובעים מ:

• תוכן השיחות או איכותן
• החלטות עסקיות שתקבלו בהתבסס על השירות
• אובדן מכירות או הכנסות
• נזקי מוניטין או נזקים עקיפים
• שימוש לא נכון בשירות שלכם או של אחרים

9.2 מגבלת אחריות כספית:

סכום אחריותנו הכספית מוגבל לסכום המנוי החודשי ששילמתם.

10. שינויי שירות ותנאים

10.1 שינויים בשירות:

• אנחנו זכאים לשנות את השירות בכל עת
• הודעה על שינויים מהותיים תינתן 30 ימים מראש
• אתם זכאים לבטל המנוי אם אינכם מסכימים לשינויים

10.2 שינויים בתנאים:

• תנאים אלה עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת
• שינויים יפורסמו באתר royale-intelligence.com
• המשך השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים החדשים

11. סיום השירות

11.1 ביטול על ידכם:

• ביטול בכל עת דרך הממשק באתר
• השירות ימשיך עד תום התקופה המשולמת
• ההקלטות יימחקו 30 ימים לאחר הביטול

11.2 ביטול על ידינו:

אנחנו זכאים לבטל את השירות במקרים:

• הפרת תנאי השימוש
• עיכוב בתשלומים
• פעילות בלתי חוקית או מזיקה
• שימוש שפוגע בשירות או במשתמשים אחרים

12. קניין רוחני

12.1 זכויות החברה:

• השירות, הטכנולוגיה והממשק הם קניין שלנו
• אסור שימוש, העתקה או חיקוי של הטכנולוגיה
• התוכן שאתם יוצרים (הקלטות, סיכומים) נשאר שלכם

12.2 רישיון שימוש:

• אתם מקבלים רישיון שימוש בלעדי ולא-העברתי
• הרישיון מסתיים עם סיום השירות

13. פתרון סכסוכים

13.1 ניסיון פשרה:

כל סכסוך יטופל ראשית בשיחה ישירה לפתרון בדרכי שלום.

13.2 בוררות:

סכסוכים שלא נפתרו בשיחה יועברו לבוררות בבית הדין לבוררות בתל אביב.

13.3 חוק ותחיקה:

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל.

1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to VoiceAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Royale Intelligence LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

By using our services through the website royale-intelligence.com or in any other way, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

• Service: VoiceAI platform for automated phone answering using artificial intelligence
• Website: royale-intelligence.com and all its subdomains
• Account: Your personal account on the service
• Content: All information, text, voice recordings, messages that you upload, create, or receive
• AI Voice: The artificial intelligence-based voice system
• Third Party: Companies such as OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe, and others

3. Eligibility for Use

3.1 Age and Location Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be residents of Israel or another country where the service is permitted
• Prohibited use in countries where the service is forbidden or illegal
• Prohibited use for illegal or harmful activities

3.2 User Responsibility:

• Providing accurate and updated information during registration
• Maintaining confidentiality of account access details
• Full responsibility for all activities performed in your account
• Commitment not to share access details with others

4. Our Services

4.1 Core Services:

• Automated phone call answering using advanced artificial intelligence
• Complete call recording (subject to recording laws)
• Automatic transcription of calls to text
• Generation of detailed AI-based call summaries
• Real-time WhatsApp report sending
• Management interface through royale-intelligence.com
• Integration with external systems (according to subscription)

4.2 Service Levels:

The service is offered in multiple packages:

• Basic package - up to 100 calls per month
• Advanced package - up to 500 calls per month
• Business package - unlimited calls

5. Prohibitions and Usage Limitations

5.1 Prohibited use of the service for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Violating others' privacy without consent
• Illegal information collection about third parties
• Offensive, racist, or hate-containing content
• Impersonating official entities (police, government, etc.)
• Illegal marketing activities or spam

5.2 Technical Limitations:

• Maximum number of calls according to your subscription
• Maximum call length of 30 minutes per call
• Limited storage volume per subscription
• Daily usage limitations according to plan

6. Call Recording and Consents

6.1 Recording:

• All calls are recorded in full for service purposes
• You are responsible for notifying callers about recording according to law
• You commit to obtaining consent from callers as required by Israeli law
• We will provide automatic recording notification, but legal responsibility is yours

6.2 Use of Recordings:

• Recordings are used for service improvement and summary generation
• Recordings are stored for 12 months
• You can request deletion of specific recordings
• We will not share recordings with third parties without court order

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Pricing Structure:

• Monthly billing in advance through Stripe
• Prices in NIS: Basic ₪49, Advanced ₪149, Business ₪399
• Cancellation option anytime with 7 days notice
• No refunds for periods already paid

7.2 Payment Delays:

• Service suspension after 5 days of payment delay
• Account deletion after 30 days of delay
• You are responsible for updating payment details

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Availability:

• We strive for 99.9% availability but without absolute commitment
• We are not responsible for damages caused by service interruptions
• Notice of planned maintenance will be given 24 hours in advance

8.2 Support:

• Technical support available Sun-Thu 9:00-17:00
• Support in Hebrew and English
• Response times: up to 24 hours on business days

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Our liability is limited:

We are not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Call content or quality
• Business decisions you make based on the service
• Loss of sales or revenue
• Reputation damage or indirect damages
• Improper use of the service by you or others

9.2 Financial Liability Limitation:

Our financial liability amount is limited to the monthly subscription amount you paid.

10. Service and Terms Changes

10.1 Service Changes:

• We are entitled to change the service at any time
• Notice of material changes will be given 30 days in advance
• You are entitled to cancel subscription if you disagree with changes

10.2 Terms Changes:

• These terms may be updated from time to time
• Changes will be published on royale-intelligence.com
• Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to new terms

11. Service Termination

11.1 Cancellation by You:

• Cancellation anytime through the website interface
• Service continues until end of paid period
• Recordings will be deleted 30 days after cancellation

11.2 Cancellation by Us:

We are entitled to cancel the service in cases of:

• Violation of terms of use
• Payment delays
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Use that harms the service or other users

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Company Rights:

• The service, technology, and interface are our property
• Prohibited use, copying, or imitation of technology
• Content you create (recordings, summaries) remains yours

12.2 Usage License:

• You receive an exclusive and non-transferable usage license
• License ends with service termination

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Attempt at Mediation:

Any dispute will first be handled in direct conversation for peaceful resolution.

13.2 Arbitration:

Disputes not resolved in conversation will be referred to arbitration at the Tel Aviv Arbitration Court.

13.3 Law and Legislation:

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
